Overview

Do you have a solid 5-10 years of experience conducting thorough workplace investigations in complex cases? Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Law/Employee Relations Lead/Manager. The primary function of the role is to conduct objective, balanced, and thorough investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other serious policy violations in the workplace.

The Lead Investigator EMEA personally conducts employment investigations across the EMEA region involving staff working across all business units. The role also supports the Senior Director by guiding and mentoring other investigators in the conduct of EMEA-wide workplace investigations and the allocation of such cases.

About you
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including the ACAS Code of Practice
  • Proficiency in researching, analysing data, and summarising findings
  • Operate knowledge of applicable local laws governing employment issues in at least one EMEA territory
  • Handle investigations with objectivity and consistency
  • Ability to handle multiple investigations and projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication across all levels, including attorneys and senior business executives, while maintaining utmost confidentiality
  • Ability to work in more than one European language is desirable
