Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Internals Manager for a major high-rise residential development in the Southampton area. You will coordinate and deliver internal works, working closely with the wider site and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have progressed from a trade background, with experience supervising subcontractors and trades, a strong focus on programme, quality and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Internals Manager or similar within large residential schemes, with progression from trades to management.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong focus on programme, quality and productivity, with safety at the forefront.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver internal works across the development.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades and site teams.
• Plan and monitor works against the project programme.
• Coordinate multiple internal trades and ensure efficient sequencing of works.
• Monitor productivity, progress and quality.
