Job Description:

Are you a highly experienced Interior Designer looking to join a firm that values legacy in design?

Due to an increase in projects, my client, an established and successful design firm providing fully integrated services, is seeking to expand its team with a Lead Interior Designer for their Kuwait office.

As a Lead Interior Designer, you will work on a variety of projects from conception to delivery and lead and motivate teams.

The successful Lead Interior Designer will be offered:

  • Upto 3,500 KWD per month (depending on experience)
  • Medical and life insurance
  • Relocation assistance including family visa, flights to Kuwait, temporary accommodation, and transport
  • Yearly flights
  • Dedicated onboarding support

Essential requirements:

  • 15+ years’ experience as an Interior Designer with a hospitality background
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Proficiency in Revit and other 3D BIM design software
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with LEED and WELL sustainable design standards
  • FF&E experience
  • Confidence in presenting to teams and clients

Desirable requirements:

  • LEED AP Accreditation
  • WELL Certification
  • IIDA Membership
  • RIBA / AIA or equivalent membership
  • Knowledge of Lumion, Vray, Grasshopper, SketchUp, and InDesign
