The purpose of the Lead Integrator is to coordinate dependencies between the platform and stakeholders external to the platform such as other platforms, Group Executive Functions, and 3rd parties. This may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations. The Lead Integrator operates at the Platform level and covers both business and technology change.

Role responsibilities:
  • Establish pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and communicate these effectively to relevant partners.
  • Develop sequences for integration tasks in collaboration with Lab Leadership, aligned with the Lab backlog.
  • Catalog and manage dependencies between the platform and other teams.
  • Work with external stakeholders to ensure interlock, enabling the platform to deliver efficiently.
  • Identify blockers to delivery, mitigate or resolve them, and escalate as needed.
  • Manage suppliers (3rd Party), oversee performance, and address underperformance.
  • Manage complex, high-risk implementations involving multiple parties, ensuring safe delivery.
  • Coordinate integration processes and implementation events across shared infrastructure, leading the SI process.
  • Provide expertise for governance activities owned by the Product Owner, such as PRIA, across multiple programs.
What you’ll need
  • Deep experience in Data, Data Lakes, Data programs, and data governance.
  • Experience in Capital Markets' technical landscape.
  • Proven experience in application integrations and dependency management in large-scale organizations.
  • Good knowledge of Capital Markets and the Trade Lifecycle.
  • Ability to build relationships across Labs and with business collaborators.
  • Leadership capability to underpin the Lead Integrator role and drive key initiatives like MMP, DC exits, Evergreening.
  • Understanding of technical and application interdependencies within the wider technical estate.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting.
