Job Description Overview

This role is based in Bristol, Birmingham, or Manchester with hybrid working arrangements, including two days in the office and three days remote per week, plus full remote work from July to September.

Salary & Benefits

£80,200 - £94,300 per annum, plus bonuses, pension contributions, private medical insurance, and holiday entitlement.

About Us

We are the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) within Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on embedding data and analytics culture across the organization. The Data Resilience team aims to protect critical data services in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate dependencies between Data Resilience, Platforms, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage integration points and related tasks.
  • Manage dependencies and stakeholder communication.
  • Mitigate delivery blockers and oversee high-risk implementations.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and ensure project delivery aligns with objectives.
Candidate Profile
  • Experienced lead integrator or integration manager, preferably with a banking or financial services background.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of FCA/PRA/DORA regulations and ServiceNow platform.
