YOUR ROLE

Capgemini is seeking an Integration SME to join the Financial Services Digital Practice. This is a permanent, full-time position in London, UK, offering a unique opportunity to enhance your Digital Consulting career.

• 10 years of overall IT experience.
• The Business Delivery and Transformation Directorate (BD T Change IT Delivery) requires an Integration SME responsible for supporting assurance of low-level integration designs (LLDs), ensuring they are technically aligned with high-level designs (HLDs). Reporting to the Integration Lead, this role will enable delivery partners during design and execution phases, including cut-over into production.
• The candidate should be enthusiastic about change, confident in creating, assisting, and presenting details around integration architecture designs and technical delivery aspects.
• Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives with multiple integration deliveries using various tools or technologies, covering functional and technical requirements, designs, business rules, mappings, integration patterns, and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to understand high-level designs, govern, and assure low-level technical integration designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and managing multi-vendor engagement.
• Create and refine integration designs, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Develop transparent guidelines for integration design assurance, working with suppliers to ensure effective governance.
• Understand business requirements, review high-level designs, and visualize end-to-end solutions to meet business needs.
• Ensure solutions align with strategic architecture principles and strategies, providing design assurance, especially in multi-vendor environments.
• Identify and communicate deviations from standards, work with partners on options and approvals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders across business and IT, ensuring plans, dependencies, and risks are managed effectively.
