Job Description:

Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) is the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents, offering challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

The Lead Instrument and Control Engineer will be responsible for:

  1. System design, interface, and follow-up for automation networks on platform or landfall projects.
  2. Designing interface solutions for SAS systems and electrical control systems.
  3. Participating in fire and gas safety reviews.
  4. Providing input and follow-up on system design for equipment packages.
  5. Reviewing vendor technical documentation.
  6. Designing and improving solutions according to client requirements.
  7. Designing SAS hardware and interfaces to other disciplines.
  8. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams onsite.
  9. Preparing and completing engineering documents and data registers.
  10. Applying experience from large modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
  11. Ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC.
  12. Having detailed knowledge of Equinor's technical requirements.
