Qualifications

• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree; additional relevant certifications considered
• 5+ years of experience in security, risk, intelligence, or related environment
• Senior presence and leadership: independently lead programs and workstreams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving: synthesize complex information
• Excellent judgment in evolving risks and fast-moving situations
• AI and technology mindset: AI, automation, data, and emerging tech
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
• Strong organizational and program management skills
• Ability to support rotational on-call and incident response
• Willingness to travel, including challenging environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of firm security's global insights capability
• Shape how geopolitical developments and intelligence are translated into actionable insights
• Evolve security monitoring, analytics dashboards and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring with AI and new technologies
• Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives across Enablement & Assurance
• Support global follow-the-sun incident response with monitoring and analysis
• Engage stakeholders and translate complex information into clear narratives
• Help leaders understand insights to keep people safe
