Job summary

Willcox Matthews is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Shift Manager / Production Supervisor for its established plastics manufacturer in Droitwich Spa. The role is hands-on and focuses on leading a production team across a 3-week rotating shift pattern, delivering safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets.

You will bring strong processing knowledge, prior shift leadership experience, and a proactive, hands-on management style.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plastic injection moulding processing experience - essential.
• Experience as Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor, Production Supervisor or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day production operations across your shift.
• Manage staffing and resources to meet production plans and customer requirements.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, scrap, downtime and production efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical support across injection moulding processes and machinery.
• Maintain high Health, Safety & Environmental compliance.
• Drive quality improvements and reduce defects and waste.
• Support 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
