We prioritize high standards in project design, innovation, and efficiency. We are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in our Water (Infrastructure) team, specializing in potable water infrastructure (pipelines).
You will provide technical reviews, guidance, and input on potable water (clean) and water recycling (wastewater) infrastructure projects, focusing on pipelines/networks. Your responsibilities include supporting design efforts, ensuring compliance with standards, and mentoring junior engineers. You will report to both the Senior Design Manager (Engineering) and the Principal Infrastructure Engineer, supporting engineering delivery teams by reviewing project deliverables and maintaining engineering standards.
Ideally, you will have a degree in water/wastewater engineering or a related field, with proven expertise in designing potable and wastewater pipelines, quality assurance, and risk management. Familiarity with design software processes is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills are essential. This role provides technical leadership across projects within the relevant portfolio, ideal for those seeking to advance their engineering careers.
