Architect the future for a spearhead in an emerging niche!

This company is an industry leader in the digital transformation space. They are seeking highly motivated and experienced Platform/DevOps Engineering Team Leads to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Platform/DevOps Engineers to undertake cross-functional engineering projects, working in small teams with other engineers in different knowledge spheres, building supportable, sustainable, and reliable services.

You will work on large scale, technically challenging projects with modern open source technology, continuous integration/delivery, and modern software architectures.

You will remain mostly hands-on and will lead teams on projects focused in AWS and Azure environments, large scale Kubernetes Implementations, Infrastructure Development using Terraform and Automation using Jenkins/Github actions CICD pipelines. You will also have the chance to remain coding with either Go or Python.

If you have previous management experience and enjoy leading teams but have the desire to remain hands-on (60%), then this is the role for you.
