Salary: £45,921 - £56,874 (including allowances)

• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with development teams, providing technical support and mentoring graduates.
• Innovate & Optimize: Identify process optimization opportunities and implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Security & Standards: Design secure solutions and uphold modern development standards.

Key Skills We're Looking For:

• AWS Cloud Technology & CI/CD Tooling: Expert-level skills in AWS, Concourse, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.
• Containerization & Microservices: Practitioner-level experience with Docker, Microservice, and Serverless Architecture.

Coaching and mentoring team members

Would be great if you had:

• Programming & Integration: Working knowledge of Java, NodeJS, Python, and integration testing activities.
