As a Lead Information Manager at BW, you will manage significant projects independently and support the Head of Information Management in broader organisational initiatives, audits, and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight and comprehensive setup of projects across our construction management platforms.
  • Maintain rigorous standards for managing BW, client, consultant, and subcontractor information within Procore.
  • Lead the continuous enhancement of our Information Management standards and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and KPI monitoring to ensure compliance with BW’s Information Management strategy.
  • Act as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and strategic advice on all Information Management matters.
  • Deliver high-level training and mentoring to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support BW’s accreditation processes, including compliance with ISO19650 standards and BIM best practices.
  • Represent the Information Management team at meetings, driving clarity and effective decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable senior leadership experience in Information Management, ideally within construction or related sectors.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, confident liaising with individuals across all organisational levels.
  • Deep practical expertise in platforms such as Procore, HammerTech, Openspace, PowerBI, and QFlow.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ISO19650 standards and familiarity with BIM processes.
  • Strong organisational abilities, capable of independently managing multiple priorities effectively.
