Job Description:

What you will do:

  1. Provide Information Security support and oversight for change initiatives, ensuring risk is managed according to the Bank’s policies.
  2. Collaborate with first line defence teams to align technology controls with information security standards.
  3. Support and challenge security control design across IT and business units for efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Ensure transparency in security decisions across programs and projects.
  5. Advise on security best practices within a varied change program.
  6. Identify security testing needs, coordinate testing, and incorporate risk findings into project risk management.

What you will need:
  • Understanding of risk management related to your role and its impact on stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of information security within project management and enterprise technology.
  • Experience in conducting security risk assessments and developing controls.
  • Experience with secure design, build, and control methodologies aligned with standards like ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST.
  • Desirable: Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, Cloud, containerization, microservices.
  • Beneficial but not essential: Technical knowledge of Application and Network Security.
