Job Overview:

The Lead Industry Manager will manage the US SMB New Business Agency Sales team, responsible for driving quality, sustainable activations, and revenue growth. They will lead a large vendor sales team in executing and operationalizing the strategy.

What you'll do:
  1. Lead a high-performing team of Partner Manager sellers to deliver against quarterly revenue targets through effective planning, goal-setting, data analysis, and forecasting.
  2. Manage relationships with Pinterest's vendor partners.
  3. Support team strategy for media planning, campaign management, media measurement, and media channels (e-commerce, branding, formats, and targeting).
  4. Motivate, mentor, and develop sales talent (managers and individual contributors) in partnership with the vendor, creating a positive culture.
  5. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including product, sales operations, and engineering to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform.
  6. Establish sales team KPIs that allow real-time measurement against key quarterly OKRs.
  7. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to business health.
  8. Develop executive relationships at top agency partners.
What we're looking for:
  1. 8+ years of professional experience in digital media or online advertising.
  2. 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed quotas.
  3. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Sales Management, or equivalent experience.
  4. Experience working for or with digital agencies, with a deep knowledge of the agency landscape, key decision-makers, operating models, and commercial structures. Proven ability to manage revenue pipelines with predictability.
  5. Ability and willingness to get hands dirty—from SFDC reporting to call coaching—to inform broader strategic decisions.
  6. A data-driven leader capable of leading large teams against aggressive goals.
  7. An independent, business-focused creative thinker excited to work with customers at scale.
  8. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward action.
  9. Experience in project management, operations, or vendor management.

Compensation and Inclusion:

Base salary range for this position is $99,089—$204,006 USD, with eligibility for equity and incentive compensation. Final salary depends on location, experience, and skills.
