The Lead Industrialisation Engineer is a key member of the Production Engineering team responsible for coordinating the introduction, ramp‑up, and industrialisation of new manufacturing equipment and processes across production areas.
The role focuses on ensuring the successful transition of new technologies and processes from development into stable and scalable production. This includes coordinating activities across Process Engineering, Automation Engineering, Quality, Production, and external suppliers to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful execution during industrialisation and ramp‑up phases.
A key aspect of the role is providing technical understanding of manufacturing processes to support decision making, identify gaps, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently during commissioning and production introduction.
