Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Auditor to join the SZC project team in London with hybrid working options. You will design and deliver risk-based IMS audits, verify governance and compliance, and drive continual improvement within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

You will plan audits, produce clear reports, and collaborate with stakeholders across interfaces while maintaining independence and objectivity.

Qualifications

• Strong IMS audit capability in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written communication, able to translate evidence into clear reports.
• Strong interviewing and listening skills, probing for evidence.
• Ability to analyse trends and make evidence-based judgments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 19443 standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 19011 audit principles.
• Credible stakeholder engagement while maintaining independence.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deliver a risk-based IMS audit programme aligned to priorities.
• Plan and conduct IMS audits using interviews, document review and testing.
• Assess IMS arrangements for documentation, understanding and effectiveness.
• Produce concise audit reports with scope, evidence, risks and recommendations.
• Embed RCA initiatives and track corrective actions to closure.
• Provide management information and trend analysis for decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders and maintain independence while challenging auditees.
• Support external audits and continual improvement of the IMS.
