Job summary

Bangura Solutions is seeking a proven Lead IAM Architect to join on a contract focused on enterprise identity architecture. You will design identity as the core security control plane, align with Zero Trust, and lead cross-program governance and secure-by-design solutions.

The role covers target-state IAM architecture, migration plans, and roadmaps, with emphasis on Entra ID, AWS Cognito, and federation. Interviews soon; we welcome diverse applicants.

Qualifications

• Proven Lead IAM Architect experience at enterprise scale.
• Expert Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.
• Extensive IAM delivery across IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM, federation, and NHI/MIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of identity as the core security control plane aligned with Zero Trust.
• Provide cross-programme governance and secure-by-design solutions.
• Define target-state IAM architecture covering verification, governance, authentication, privileged and citizen identities, federation, and NHI/MIM.
• Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring standards compliance and security.
• Embed secure-by-design and risk-based controls.
• Develop identity life cycle, migration, and federation strategies.
• Deliver a phased IAM roadmap and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce architecture blueprints and assessments.
• Create governance and life cycle models.
• Design authentication and privileged access solutions.
• Develop federation and migration plans.
• Define roadmap milestones
