Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Principal Wastewater Modeller to lead technical delivery across major wastewater programmes in the UK. This role involves defining catchment strategies and overseeing hydraulic modelling efforts, alongside developing and mentoring high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hydraulic modelling, technical assurance, and digital tools. The position allows for hybrid working across regional offices with a focus on managing multi-million-pound projects to enhance water management standards and reduce flood risk.

• Proven expertise in hydraulic modelling leadership and model development.
• Deliver auditable, compliant modelling outputs and maintain quality governance.
• Manage forecasting, commercial risk, and resource planning.
