Job summary

H&MV Engineering is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead high voltage electrical projects at client sites. You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless operation of electrical installations, from planning through commissioning and maintenance.

The role requires 5+ years in the electrical industrial engineering field, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Exceptional leadership and communication to liaise with team members and project managers.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly and decisively in emergencies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multitasking on site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HV electrical systems.
• Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure safety protocols and industry best practices are followed on site.
• Monitor and control project progress, addressing risks or delays promptly.
• Lead and motivate on-site personnel including HV technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Support Project Manager in resource allocation: labour, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project expenses to adhere to budget constraints.
