We are looking for a Lead HR Systems Analyst to join us on a full time, permanent basis at our Head Office in Northampton. We are offering hybrid working with a balance of days in the office as well as working from home.

We’re looking to offer a salary of circa £55,000 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Optimise and automate HR processes using digital tools to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Global Product teams to align systems and data flows
  • Support system enhancements including configuration, user access, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
  • Lead UAT and training for new HR tech rollouts and global initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • HRIS experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow
  • Strong data skills using Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, and Excel
  • Process mindset with knowledge of agile or lean methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Integrity and attention to detail when handling sensitive HR data
