Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Design Lead to head the Home and Gift Design team on a 12-month maternity cover contract at our Tolworth support office. You will lead product design and development, shaping fresh concepts for a trend-led range across multiple categories, and collaborate with the Founder and merchandising teams to deliver OB’s design-led vision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading home and gift design teams.
• Strong design judgement and ability to inspire others.
• Experience managing design calendars and critical paths.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Olly to translate OB vision into design concepts.
• Drive the design vision across the Home & Gift department.
• Identify lifestyle trends and propose new product opportunities.
• Lead the design team and develop cohesive multi-product collections.
• Manage the design critical path and supplier relationships.
• Work with marketing to create design content for social.
