Job summary

Amplify Education is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to plan, deliver, and evaluate interventions for students. The role involves leading a team of LSAs to support English, literacy, and maths curricula and mapping EHCP provisions with Pupil Passports.

The post emphasises safeguarding, CPD access, and close collaboration with the SEND team to ensure high standards of pupil progress and staff readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and EHCP processes.
• Ability to work within safeguarding frameworks.
• Familiarity with English, literacy and maths curriculum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality interventions.
• Lead a team of LSAs to deliver interventions.
• Understand the English, literacy and maths curriculum.
• Map provision for pupils with EHCPs and share Pupil Passports.
• Monitor and report on students' achievement, progress and development.
• Ensure LSAs are prepared to support students on the SEN register.
