Lead Hardware Engineer Key Requirements

• Degree in relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Industry experience in technical delivery of complex electronic systems.
• Experience in high speed PCB design, circuit design and component selection.
• Demonstrable history of team leadership/mentorship of engineering teams.
• Prior experience in Aerospace, Defence or Telecoms industries.

Lead Hardware Engineer Key Details

• Salary up to £90k.
• Performance bonus.
• Onsite in Guildford office.
• Requires eligibility for Enhanced SC Clearance (Sole British Passport).
• DV Cleared/Clearable candidates are eligible for a £5k DV bonus.
