Job summary

Footasylum is recruiting a Lead Graphic Designer for our in-house studio at The Sharp Project. You will join a team of producers, photographers, art directors and marketers to create content for global mega‑brands.

Based in the Manchester studio, you will report to the Head of Creative and Studio, lead the graphics team, and drive quality across print and digital campaigns while upholding Footasylum’s distinct brand voice.

Qualifications

• Eye for layout, typography and detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining brief standards.
• Genuine passion for streetwear and youth culture.

Responsibilities

• Own graphics and artwork process from brief to final sign-off across print and digital.
• Lead the graphics team day to day and juggle priorities, assigning work and keeping momentum.
• Act as brand guardian ensuring every asset feels unmistakably Footasylum.
• Quality check all final graphics and artwork.
• Find smarter, faster ways of working and help the studio run smoothly.
• Develop the current team and bring out their best.
