Job summary

Footasylum is hiring a Lead Graphic Designer to join its in-house studio at The Sharp Project, reporting to the Head of Creative and Studio. You will lead a team of designers, deliver print and digital assets, and ensure every piece reflects Footasylum’s brand and streetwear DNA.

You will thrive in a fast-paced creative studio, collaborating with producers, photographers, art directors and marketing professionals to create compelling content for global mega-brands in-house.

Qualifications

• Expert in graphic design with a strong sense of typography and layout.

Responsibilities

• Own the graphics and artwork process from brief to final sign off across print and digital.
• Lead the graphics team day to day and juggle priorities, assigning work and keeping things moving.
• Act as brand guardian ensuring every asset feels unmistakably Footasylum.
• Quality check all final graphics and artwork.
• Find smarter, faster ways of working to support the studio workflow.
• Develop and mentor the current team to bring out their best.
