Discover the Role

This role will report directly into the Head of Global Entity Management (‘GEM’), accountable for driving enhancement and improvement of the GEM proposition and providing leadership of the existing team of GEM Solution Architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides professional support and input into developing GEM proposition and solution for prospective corporate clients.
  • Interacts extensively with internal stakeholders globally, defining scope, pricing and the client solution.
  • Ensure strict commercial diligence and manage deviations according to internal governance.
  • Challenge and validate service scope with a consultative mindset.
  • Build strong network across the business with the aim of sharing knowledge and contributing to internal discussion forums with initiatives aimed at improving and promoting the way TMF structures its Global GEM proposition.
  • Leading the team of GEM Solution Architects based in multiple locations.
  • People development and management including talent management, performance and development reviews, recruitment etc for direct reports. Ensuring increased employee satisfaction for the market, working with HR and market leadership to have the right people initiatives.
  • Driving values, culture and employee engagement.
  • Ensure adequate resourcing and support recruitment activity.
  • Team Management & Mentoring of the client servicing and support teams.
  • Oversee team development and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • Understands TMF Group's business lines, regulatory requirements and how the organisation is structured.
  • Will understand the financial implications of decisions on both the business area and Group 'bottom line.'
  • Gathers feedback and reflects on practice to improve self-awareness.
  • Upholds the values of the organisation in all they do.
  • Builds and maintains relationships at all levels across the Group.
