The Opportunity: As a Lead, Global Strategic Pricing Solutions, you will develop and execute strategic, innovative pricing solutions across the portfolio. This role offers hybrid working, balancing office presence and remote work for productivity and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enhance pricing capabilities by implementing industry-leading approaches to protect product net prices and commercial strategies globally.
  2. Support Brand Teams in developing and executing innovative, value-based pricing strategies addressing payer challenges.
  3. Collaborate with global and affiliate stakeholders to develop market-applicable pricing strategies.
  4. Manage governance for developing and implementing new pricing schemes.
  5. Support training for global and affiliate teams on innovative pricing concepts.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Global experience in Market Access and Pricing in pharma or consultancy.
  • Professional proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Post-graduate qualifications such as an MBA or MSc.
Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Additional Information:
  • Permanent, full-time position based in the UK.
  • Hybrid work model, requiring at least 1 day per quarter in the Addlestone office; flexible with business needs.
