Job summary

The role focuses on early modelling, performance metrics, and external collaboration to ensure robust payer evidence and accelerated access for patients.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health/quantitative field (e.g., health economics, pharmacoeconomics).
• Experience building economic models and health outcomes research in industry or academia.
• Proven HTA submissions or reimbursement dossier contributions.
• Experience partnering with Commercial, Market Access and R&D.
• Strong modelling software/programming skills (R/Excel).
• Vendor management experience and ensuring outsourced quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global models for medicines preparing for launch/HTA submissions.
• Drive innovation through external experts, HTA agencies, and policy forums.
• Lead early economic models to inform development and trial design.
• Deliver materials to inform internal governance decisions.
• Act as in-house expert for HTA requirements and payer evidence needs.
• Represent modelling in scientific advice meetings and cross-functional teams.
