The Opportunity: As the Global Content & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the Knowledge Management and Communication Management Strategy for Workforce Services. Your focus will be on ensuring the accuracy of content within the HR Knowledge Base (myHR portal) by collaborating with global content specialists to create and transform content. You will report to the Global HR Workforce Services Lead and work closely with other HR teams and the business. This position is based in Addlestone, UK, with a hybrid working model.

Key Activities:

  1. Develop documents, controls, and governance to ensure HR policies, processes, and related documents are properly updated, stored, and published.
  2. Establish and approve a communications and engagement strategy for Workforce Services, managing its implementation and reviewing effectiveness.
  3. Lead the Value Team within the GBS Employee Experience Pod to ensure content management consistency within HR and GBS, within an agile framework.
  4. Prepare knowledge content for chatbot/AI technology implementation.
  5. Promote a Continuous Improvement mindset by acting as a Change Agent, training, and encouraging initiatives at all levels of People Services.
  6. Communicate knowledge updates to HR stakeholders and impacted parties across Astellas as needed.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role within a global organization.
  • Proven experience creating HR documentation for employees and managers.
  • Experience creating, editing, and publishing knowledge articles in ServiceNow.
  • Strong change management experience, especially in workforce communication strategies.
  • Experience in improving employee engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Experience:

  • Understanding of implementing AI/Technology within HR.
  • Methodological, with strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive in nature.
  • Candidates available to join immediately are highly preferred.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
  • Based in Addlestone, UK, following a hybrid work model with at least 1 day per quarter in the office.
