Job Title: Lead, Global MA Insights & Impact Analytics

Opportunity:

The MA Insights and Analytics team shapes and executes strategies to evaluate Medical Affairs activities' effectiveness and impact. Responsibilities include developing analytics capabilities, integrating diverse data sources, identifying patterns, and enabling data-driven decisions to improve engagement, content, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop analytics frameworks to measure the impact of Medical Affairs activities.
  • Collaborate with Medical Insights, Field Medical Excellence, and Scientific Content teams to derive insights and actionable outcomes.
  • Integrate data from various sources to identify patterns and demonstrate value.
  • Design scalable measurement approaches, including feedback mechanisms like NPS.
  • Work cross-functionally to align analytics with strategic priorities.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience working across multiple cultures and regions.
  • Experience in impact measurement frameworks within Medical Affairs.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and advanced analytics applications in healthcare.
  • Understanding of global Medical Affairs processes and data privacy considerations.
  • Experience in matrixed global organizations or cross-geography teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Veeva, Qlik, Tableau.
Preferred Experience:
  • Industry experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare focusing on analytics and insights.
  • Hands-on experience using analytics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
