Job summary

Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company delivering digital marketing solutions from London. As a Client Integration Engineer, you will design and deliver technical solutions to help clients achieve marketing objectives, integrating new clients and managing technical relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Media Delivery, Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality results, acting as a subject-matter expert on our platform.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar digital role.
• Strong knowledge of digital ad tagging, tracking scripts & pixels, and measurement.
• Experience with DSPs, Ad Servers; understand SSPs, CDPs, and DMPs.
• Proven experience troubleshooting discrepancies in impression, click, and conversion data.
• Identify and resolve ad delivery, tracking, and reporting issues.
• Experience with UTM parameters, URL structures, and query strings for campaign tracking.
• Familiar with programmatic buying and real-time bidding (RTB) mechanics.
• Understanding brand safety, viewability, and fraud detection technologies.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving.
• Curiosity to understand the why behind actions.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Advanced coding experience in JavaScript, SQL, HTML.
• Enjoys energetic team environments.
• Good understanding of online tracking technologies and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Developing scripts, maintaining database tables, and processing data feeds to support new client initiatives.
• Integrating clients into the Epsilon system: designing, developing, implementing and testing technical solutions based on client and business requirements.
• Conceptualizing integration strategies for large-scale clients with ongoing support and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and best practices across the enterprise through automation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams globally across engineering, analytics, account management, product and sales.
• Oversee troubleshooting issues and drive resolution.
