Pro1 Recruitment is seeking a motivated Lead Generator to support our client’s highly successful team in Lichfield. This role is ideal for someone with telesales or outbound lead generation experience looking to join a friendly, growth-focused environment within the Water Treatment industry.

You’ll play a crucial role in expanding the sales pipeline by contacting new prospects, re-engaging lapsed clients, and passing high-quality leads to the external field sales team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Cold calling, emailing, and social prospecting to generate qualified leads

Booking appointments for the field sales team

Reconnecting with previous/lapsed customers

Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM

Researching and updating prospect databases

Supporting wider sales and marketing campaigns

Minimum 12 months of telesales or lead generation experience

Full UK Driving Licence preferred
