Job summary

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client, a growing and established company, for a Lead Generator/Telemarketer to join the team on a full-time basis in Huddersfield.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making outbound calls, qualifying leads and booking qualified appointments for the sales team, while maintaining CRM records and hitting KPI targets. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation or telesales is preferred.
• Strong communication and objection handling skills.

Location - Huddersfield - Milnsbridge

The Role

• We are looking for a confident, target-driven Lead Generator to create new business opportunities by booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
• You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—your professionalism and resilience will make the difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to introduce the company services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team working alongside BDMs
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs for calls and appointments.
