Lead Generation Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Marketing department for Verisure Ireland that can be based in our offices in Dublin, London or Newcastle. We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our busy marketing team and to be a part of Europe’s leading home and business security supplier. This is a full-time role and a newly created position within the business, offering a clear career path to a Marketing Director role.

Lead Generation Marketing Manager Job Purpose

As the Lead Generation Manager, you will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for ensuring optimal performance in both online and ATL marketing. You will also present learnings, assist in budget and forecast exercises, analyze performance, and provide critical business support to help drive decision-making. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, well-organized, persistent, extremely detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills.

The successful candidate will lead our Lead Generation operations with a hands-on approach to improve our website. They should understand the inner workings of our CMS, CRM, and other relevant databases. Additionally, they should quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of our business (structure, objectives, budgets, etc.) and use this knowledge to influence decision-making. The candidate must be independent, entrepreneurial, self-directed, and capable of establishing reporting and processes to support marketing leadership, as well as defining strategies and plans for key projects.

Job Duties

  1. Digital CRO: Test and update the website, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and volume.
  2. Marketing Content: Generate and adapt new video and image designs for online marketing and ATL, supervising the graphic designer and enhancing text content for SEO.
  3. TV Performance & Support: Understand how TV advertising influences lead generation, guide TV investment, coordinate with production agencies, and ensure timely delivery of TV content.
  4. Lead Allocation Optimization: Review campaign performance daily, analyze dips and peaks, lead testing and distribution, and track digital marketing effectiveness across branches with action plans for improvement.
  5. Financial Reporting: Manage financial responsibilities, provide regular reports, explain variances, and ensure accurate billing and credit note management.

Requirements / MUST have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
  • Advanced HTML and CSS skills
  • SEO knowledge
  • SQL and database management is a plus
  • Reliable, autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize
  • Highly analytical with data-driven decision skills
  • Marketing experience or strong interest
