Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious candidate to join our dynamic team as a Lead Generation & Business Development Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients and leading strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients & partners through various channels, including LinkedIn, online databases, and B2B sales platforms.
  • Sales Outreach: Create and execute targeted email sequences using sales automation tools to engage prospective clients.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and participate in meetings with prospective clients, taking detailed notes and managing follow-up actions.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform our business development strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with both the sales and marketing team, providing administrative support and contributing to strategy discussions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent Graduate: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not essential depending on experience).
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Proactive & Organised: Self-starter who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The Role:

  • Hybrid work, this role will be primarily remote, with regular opportunities for training and collaboration in office.
  • Mon - Fri with flexible working hours available depending on the candidates commitments and current circumstances.
