Qualifications

• ACS gas qualifications (e.g., CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, MET1, CPA1).
• NVQ Level in 2 Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation (or equivalent) is essential.
• Unvented hot water qualification.
• High level of competency in diagnosing and carrying out complex heating repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across gas servicing operations and resolve complex repairs.
• Mentor colleagues and support appointment scheduling with a flexible approach.
• Resolve challenging cases and ensure safe, compliant services.
