Qualifications

As part of our Emergency Response Team, you’ll be the first on the scene at customers’ homes, serving as the face of our brand for individuals concerned about potential gas leaks or carbon monoxide alarms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to emergencies, often coordinating with emergency services to protect lives.
2. Assist vulnerable, elderly, or customers seeking help, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
3. Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters for residential and commercial customers.
4. Conduct high-rise and gas safety regulation surveys.
5. Install cooker safety valves and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Experience and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Candidates must have either a CCN1 or CMA1 qualification. A MET1 qualification is advantageous but not mandatory. Prior experience working within a gas environment, including knowledge of gas appliances, testing, purging, and commissioning, is required.
