To manage the provision of contract management to a range of services, for Gas and Mechanical related contracts and to provide administrative support to the Gas team. To use previous experience and skillset to directly manage the administrators within their management remit. To manage the construction and review of the procedures and policies in relation to the job roles and responsibilities of the employee's who are their direct reports.
To report on the performance of the direct reports to management.
To communicate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure they are aware of the movement and progression within the gas team and act as that conduit between external stakeholders and the Administrator roles.
To utilise previous skills and abilities to review processes and policies to ensure they are fit for purpose and improve where possible.
To manage your own and direct reports complaints in a professional and timely manner and act as a representative of the organisation.
To adequately manage and train direct reports to answer enquiries and responses for the Gas team, through delegating enquiries to responding to them within a timely and professional manner.
To act as the lead contract administrator for service and gas contracts, supporting the Gas operational managers with the management of building service-related contracts.
To provide report writing, monitoring, chasing and closing down outstanding actions and engineer variations and to work with the building services team and the compliance team to produce KPIs.
Experience in report writing to senior management, experience in managing a small team and experience in reviewing and constructing processes.
Excellent understanding of processing invoices, raising orders, creating certificates and managing budgets.
