Side is seeking an Art Director in the United Kingdom to lead and elevate 2D/3D art production for game development projects. You will drive artistic excellence, oversee pipelines, and lead teams to deliver visuals that meet client expectations and project goals.

You will mentor artists, establish production workflows, recruit top talent, and contribute to client development and project scoping. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in 3D art production for games; at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Mastery of industry software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter).
• Experience with game engines Unreal/Unity.
• Ability to communicate feedback visually via paint-overs.
• Experience creating and optimizing art pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic art direction and timely feedback.
• Oversee the full 3D art pipeline ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3D/2D artists on asset production.
• Direct artistic direction to align with project visual style.
• Communicate with clients on artistic and technical matters.
