• Experienced in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions
• Deeply knowledgeable about ITIL processes and their mapping to ServiceNow modules
• Skilled in facilitation, presentation, and communication
• Proficient in analytics, problem-solving, and process design
• Capable of developing high-quality documentation and process maps

AND YOU WANT TO

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, including CSM and CMDB
• Analyze existing ITIL processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow best practices
• Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, and specifications
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and administrators
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to maximize platform adoption and value
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
