ReVybe IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer (C#, .NET, Angular) in Central London with hybrid work. You will shape the tech and the team, mentoring three engineers while remaining hands-on in design, architecture, and delivery of features.

Responsibilities include guiding the engineering culture, championing clean code, and influencing the technical roadmap as the company scales. Strong leadership and technical excellence are essential.

• Remain hands-on across both backend and frontend development, contributing to the design and delivery of new features.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET.
• Build modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Drive frontend best practices, ensuring applications are performant, accessible, and maintainable.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Champion Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modern software engineering practices across the team.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and support engineers with architectural and coding challenges.
• Work closely with senior leadership to influence technical strategy, product direction, and engineering standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full technology stack.
• Help shape the engineering roadmap while contributing to the company\'s continued growth and technical maturity.

We\'re partnering with an ambitious fintech startup that is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we\'re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to help shape the future of both the technology and the engineering team.

This isn\'t a role where you\'ll inherit legacy processes and simply keep the lights on. You\'ll have the opportunity to influence architecture, mentor engineers, drive engineering best practices, and remain hands-on building products that make a real impact.

Working directly with senior leadership, you\'ll play a key role in scaling the platform, growing the team, and helping take the business to the next level.

The Role
