Qualifications

The role

You’ll build the operating system for the UK's home decarbonisation effort. This platform is already used by hundreds of installers, halving job times and doubling sales conversion for businesses on the front lines of the energy transition. With fresh investment from leading VCs, the roadmap extends into solar, batteries, and the wider home renewables supply chain.

You’ll join a 13-person engineering team, taking technical ownership for core systems and writing high-leverage code. This isn't just another CRUD app; you’ll tackle heat-loss physics, geospatial analysis, LiDAR-driven 3D floor plans, and offline-first PWAs. This role is for a senior IC ready to step into formal leadership, or an existing lead who wants to stay deeply technical. It is not for someone who wants to manage people full-time or abstract away from the code.
