Qualifications

• Senior or lead front-end experience with hands-on React
• Team-lead or people-management experience
• Component-driven architecture with Redux/Context API
• Strong technical decision-making under pressure

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend across the whole product, including portal and mobile ordering products.
• Set front-end architecture and ensure design system and standards are followed.
• Mentor a small team and drive tooling, CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and backend teams to integrate APIs, payment flows and live data.
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-growing startup.
