Job summary

Client Server Limited in London is seeking a Front End Engineer capable of leading React-based development for our core product, a live events financial operating system. You will own the frontend architecture and drive performance across web apps.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with product, design and backend teams to deliver polished, accessible interfaces, and influence build and release pipelines while working in a hybrid London role with flexibility to work abroad part of

Qualifications

• You have experience as a lead or senior Front End Engineer / Developer, with advanced, hands-on skills in React
• You have a strong knowledge of modern JavaScript / TypeScript, component driven architecture and state management (e.g. Redux, Context API)
• You have experience building responsive, cross-browser, high-performance web applications at scale
• You’re comfortable taking ownership and making the technical decisions
• You’re keen to work in a start-up / scale-up environment, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of front end applications, primarily using React
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into polished, accessible interfaces
• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs, payment flows and real-time data
• Mentor more junior front end developers, conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
• Make critical technical decisions on front end tooling, architecture and build/release pipelines
