Job Description:

Do you enjoy leading mobile-first development projects and designing beautiful, scalable frontend experiences?

Are you ready to drive innovation in UI architecture, dynamic form building, and API design?

This is a hands-on leadership role in one of two key product teams delivering high-impact digital tools. Whether you are building a React Native mobile app or crafting a dynamic form builder as a deployable NPM package, you will play a key role in shaping user-facing products used at scale.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team that includes developers, QAs, mobile engineers, and designers. The work is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly rewarding.

You will:

• Lead frontend development for mobile and web applications using Vue, React, React Native, and Node.js
• Guide technical architecture across frontend and serverless components (AWS Lambda)
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to build robust, accessible, and high-performance interfaces
• Mentor engineers and drive quality through code reviews, best practices, and process improvements
• Support the move towards fully containerized and automated deployment (AWS, Kubernetes)

About you

You are a frontend-focused technical leader with strong full-stack awareness and a collaborative mindset. You will bring:

• Excellent experience in frontend development, including Vue, React, or React Native
• Experience with Node.js, ideally within a serverless or API-driven environment
• Solid understanding of modern UI architecture and frontend performance
• Exposure to AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3
• The ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other developers
• Object-oriented experience would be useful too, with Ruby or PHP, etc.

You might also have experience designing NPM packages, building accessible UIs, or working across multiple stacks. A background that includes both technical depth and leadership maturity will stand out.
