Job summary

Prism Digital in London is seeking a Lead Front-End Developer to own the frontend across our POS and payments platform, using React and TypeScript. You will shape architecture, design system, and release pipelines, mentoring a small team and collaborating closely with product and design.

You will balance speed with quality in a startup environment, owning tooling and standards and delivering real-time data integrations with backend services.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead front-end experience with hands-on React.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Experience with component-driven architecture and state management (Redux/Context API).
• Strong technical decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend architecture across portal and mobile ordering products.
• Mentor a small team and own tooling, standards and pipelines.
• Integrate APIs, payment flows and live data with backend.
• Define design system and shared component library; ensure automated testing and CI/CD.
