Role: Lead Franchise Health & Fitness Coach

Location: Northampton

About us:

We attract ladies of all sizes, fitness & mobility levels, and deliver small group personal training sessions as part of our 3F system: Food | Fitness | Focus. We also offer a full health & fitness service.

About the role:

1. Be inspirational to members.
2. Contribute positively to our private Facebook group & social media pages.
3. Be a motivational and encouraging health & fitness coach.
4. Follow up promptly on all new enquiries via CRM and be the face of Fitter Body Ladies.
5. Undertake discovery calls with new enquiries as booked.
6. Lead induction sessions for new ladies starting the introduction programme.
7. Manage attendance & book weekly 1-to-1 sessions for all IP ladies.
8. Maintain membership sign-up from the introduction programme above 70%.
9. Manage attendance & book monthly 1-to-1 goal setting meetings with all members.
10. Ensure memberships occur at least 3 times per week for under 10% of total members.
11. Manage membership attendance, follow up with no-shows, late cancellations, and members who are slipping away.
12. Maintain overall membership cancellation rate below 5%, including mid-term and end-of-membership cancellations.
13. Manage time effectively between coaching sessions, induction sessions, reviews, and admin hours within your weekly 30 hours.
14. Maintain the unit and all equipment to FBL standards, manage stock levels, and ensure sanitising protocols are followed.
