Robert Half is partnering with a global business in the Aerospace industry to support their search for a Lead FP&A Management Accountant.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a large international organization, working on high-quality projects in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The Role

You will operate as Lead FP&A within the Management Accountant role, reporting directly to the Senior FP&A lead. You will support operational needs, partner with teams to provide financial advice, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver budgets and forecasts across the organization
• Develop relationships with budget holders to support KPIs
• Analyze performance to improve profitability and cash flow
• Enhance productivity through labor efficiency improvements
• Manage core FP&A processes, including closing and reporting to HQ in the US

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA) or experienced accountant with manufacturing or engineering background
• Experience in an FP&A role
• Strong stakeholder management skills
