Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional qualification in social work and be registered with Social Care England (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Supervising Social Workers to deliver outstanding care.
• Drive regional targets for placement growth and carer recruitment.
• Ensure safeguarding and high-quality, evidence-based practice across the team.
• Collaborate with the Head of Fostering and other stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
• Maintain compliance with policy, regulatory standards and DBS checks.
